Ayr,
Ayrshire, Scotland
We
commenced flying today, getting eleven of the pilots away in
five aircraft. The day was good and everything went well. Five
more aircraft ferried into the Squadron, making fourteen
aircraft as our complement to date. F/O Elfner went to the
hospital for week with a severe cold. Seven pilots attended an
intelligence lecture in the morning and it is intended to
continue these lectures during dud weather periods.
