The
district was favoured with a heavy deluge of rain most of the
day creating a sea of mud in spots. Automatically, the pilots
were released from operations and the airmen reclined in their
damp palaces. A movie was shown in the Officers Mess about 14:25
hrs. to keep the fellows out of mischief. The bumph boys still
held their noses to the grind stone in support of the paper war.
