Heavy
cloud overhead, intermittent showers and a sea of mud which is
doing its utmost to discourage operations. S/L Norsworthy and
the seven pilots who released the dud G.P. bombs on the 17th of
this month spent the morning at 438 Squadron dispersal to give
evidence before the Court of Inquiry which is investigating the
reason for the bombs not exploding.
A
moving picture was shown this afternoon in the Officer's Mess
since no operations were carried out.
