Weather
was closed this morning, so all pilots were shown how to lead
their cannon and to do daily inspections (DI's) on Typhoons. A
lecture was given by I.O. (Intelligence Officer) F/L Crighten on briefing before an ops
and interrogation afterwards. We now have seven Typhoons both Mk
1 & Mk 1B. F/O W.D. Burton (J18959) was posted to the
Squadron from 174 Squadron. He has made approximately 40 trips
on Hurricane Bombers and Typhoons.
