CF104862 became the Tiger Bird for three straight years starting in 1978 at Kleine Brogel hosted by 32 Squadron.

In 1979 , with CF104862 as its Tiger Bird, 439 Sqn again won the Silver Trophy at Cambrai at a TM hosted by EC 1/12.

CF104862 served a final tour as the Tiger Bird in 1980 at Cameri hosted by 21 Gruppo. However, there seems to be some discrepancy on this last point as I also have information that CF104733 was the Tiger Bird for 1980. See next entry.
