Left to right, Capt Jock Williams, Maj Fred Kenney, Maj Gary Blake, Capt John Westrop, Capt Al Gooding, and Capt Bill McWilliams. Maj Gary Blake, was a USAF exchange pilot with 439 Squadron from 1972-1975.

In 1973, as far a s I know, there were no aircraft painted in full Tiger Stripes. Instead a yellow and black Sabre Toothed Tiger's head was painted on the tail of two aircraft that participated in the 1973 tiger Meet Cameri hosted by 21 Gruppo. The reason is unknown.

In the bottom photo some of 439's finest stand beside CF104821, sporting a Tiger Head paint scheme. and which also attended the 1973 meet..
